CITY TO GIVE INFORMATION ON THE FLOOD

Beginning today, representatives of the Cape Girardeau fire and police departments will be distributing information packets to flood victims who are returning or who will soon return to their homes. Bettie Knoll, a special officer with the police department who has been checking on residents within the flood zones for the past few weeks, will distribute the packets with three firefighters.
